What is Reviewspotter?

Reviewspotter is a badge/widget that is placed on the websites of internet merchants who have customer testimonials online. It allows them to proudly display these testimonials directly on their websites.

What sites does Reviewspotter grab reviews from?

Currently reviewspotter pulls reviews from Nextag, Pricegrabber, Ebay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Bizrate, Epinions, Shopzilla, Yahoo shopping, Yelp, ShopCartUSA and CitySearch. If you have reviews on a website that Reviewspotter does not currently support simply email Support@reviewspotter.com with a link to where these reviews can be found and within 24hours we will include them in our search.

Why should I use Reviewspotter?

Do I have control over which reviews are shown on the badge/widget?

Yes. Once you sign up for our Pro account you will be given a login and password to our administration panel where you will see all the reviews that your store has online. You can simply click 'Block' on any review that you dont want to show up on your Reviewspotter badge/widget.

What does the Reviewspotter service cost?

The Reviewspotter service is free for a maximum of 5 reviews. If you would like the ability to control which reviews are shown on your badge and would also like to dislpay all of the reviews that your store has online then you would need to upgrade to our Pro account which costs 39.95 per month.

Do I have to sign a contract for the Reviewspotter Pro account?

All pro account holders are billed month to month with absolutely no obligation or commitment. Cancelling your subscription is as simple as calling (347) 903-0441 or emailing Support@reviewspotter.com

Will Reviewspotter continue searching for new reviews written about my store?

The Reviewspotter badge searches 24/7 for new positive reviews written about your store. Once a new review is found and it is classified as positive it is immediately sent to the badge/widget embedded on your website.

Are the reviews displayed on the Reviewspotter badge edited in any way?

The reviews found and displayed on your reviewspotter badge are unaltered and unedited. They are displayed exactly as they are seen on the website where they are found.

Is it difficult to add the Reviewspotter badge to my website?

Integrating the Reviewspotter badge is very easy. We supply you with an HTML snippet that you simply paste into the back end of your website and voila the badge will appear.
